Weekly Trivia #12

Bonsoir, bonsoir, mon petit pois(disclaimer: potentially not accurate French). As you may have guessed from my instagram if you follow me, last weekend was finally my Paris holiday! Oooh and wasn’t it lovely. But you’ll hear all about that over the next couple of weeks! There’ll definitely be a blog post or two to fill you all in!

The other important event this week, as we all know, was Pancake Day, where I happily drowned myself in pancake batter after a bit of a emotionally wobbly day. I literally don’t know what happened to me on Tuesday but for some reason I was a bit of a mess. There was something I couldn’t do at work so I got stressed about it and ended up having a little bit of a cry. Then the next day I could do it and I was fine. What am I?

But we all have days like that, and after a couple of days more training at work, a chilled out evening at Joe’s house and some extra yoga in the evenings, I feel SO much better. It feels so good to be back into yoga now I have a car again and have so much more time in the day. However, in the month I wasn’t doing it, I have NO FLEXIBILITY ANYMORE. So I’ve started a new 7 week programme and it hurtsss. But in a good way. I am ready to get me toned.

    Don’t feel bad, we have all cried at work. Well, I know that I have, like a baby, because my supervisor told me I was useless and I was 21 and sensitive lol

    Can’t wait to hear about your Paris trip. One of my favourite cities and such a gorgeous place! Yoga also fixes everything, I use to go when I felt stressed and it would automatically calm me down!xx

    Everyone seemed to have loved pancake day but unpopular opinion time haha…. I don’t like them *Insert monkey coving eyes emoji* lol.
    It sounds like you a nice week, I’m dying to get into yoga! Would probably help me de-stress haha

    I’m exactly the same way at work every now and then! It can be the tiniest things that set you off, but you don’t really realise that they’re so small until after the cry haha πŸ™ˆ

    Eurgh I know the feeling of having down days… it really sucks because I end up just feeling sorry for myself and gorge on chocolate in bed. I’ve been thinking of taking up yoga though – it is relatively easy to learn? I don’t have much time to sign up to classes and would love to do it at home.

      It’s so easy to get into! I use an app called Asana Rebel, such a good way to start! x
