Bonsoir, bonsoir, mon petit pois(disclaimer: potentially not accurate French). As you may have guessed from my instagram if you follow me, last weekend was finally my Paris holiday! Oooh and wasn’t it lovely. But you’ll hear all about that over the next couple of weeks! There’ll definitely be a blog post or two to fill you all in!
The other important event this week, as we all know, was Pancake Day, where I happily drowned myself in pancake batter after a bit of a emotionally wobbly day. I literally don’t know what happened to me on Tuesday but for some reason I was a bit of a mess. There was something I couldn’t do at work so I got stressed about it and ended up having a little bit of a cry. Then the next day I could do it and I was fine. What am I?
But we all have days like that, and after a couple of days more training at work, a chilled out evening at Joe’s house and some extra yoga in the evenings, I feel SO much better. It feels so good to be back into yoga now I have a car again and have so much more time in the day. However, in the month I wasn’t doing it, I have NO FLEXIBILITY ANYMORE. So I’ve started a new 7 week programme and it hurtsss. But in a good way. I am ready to get me toned.
